Players to Trade For | Buy-Low Targets | Week 3 Fantasy Football Trade Advice

Trey Benson | Buy-Low RB | Week 3 Dynasty Trade Advice

Last week, I listed James Conner as a sell candidate. Conner saw his snap count drop from 65% in Week 1 to 55% in Week 2, while Trey Benson‘s snap count has increased from 33% to 44%. Benson also saw six targets in the passing game. If you have read any of my previous work, you would know that I am a huge fan of Benson. The changing of the guard is happening in Arizona, and you want to be attached to the right running back. I would love to trade down from Javonte Williams or Travis Etienne to acquire Trey Benson and another piece, whether that be a draft pick or a player of your choosing.

Kaleb Johnson | Buy-Low RB Target | Week 3 Dynasty Trade Advice

This is the time to pounce if the Kaleb Johnson manager is panicking. Johnson’s stock is at an all-time low. Currently, I have more rushing yards than Johnson does. I will admit that Johnson’s start to his NFL career has been underwhelming to say the least, but better days are ahead for him. If the Johnson manager is panicking, they may be willing to cut their losses for a 2026 2nd round pick.

Elic Ayomanor | Rookie WR Buy-Low | Week 3 Dynasty Trade Target

In Week 2, Elic Ayomanor tied for the most targets (6) on the Tennessee Titans and has now had back-to-back 6+ target games. Ayomanor is second on the Titans in receptions and receiving yards while still gaining a rapport with Cam Ward. The 4th Round rookie continues to gain confidence in the Titans offense and only has Calvin Ridley to compete with as Ward’s top target. Ayomanor is a buy for both contenders and rebuilders. Using the Nerds App, I found a trade that I think is fair value for Ayomanor.

Tucker Kraft | TE Buy-Low Trade Target of the Week | Week 3 Dynasty

Usually, a tight end needs to be the top or second option in a passing offense for them to sustain fantasy value. The Green Bay Packers just lost Jayden Reed for an extended period of time with a broken collarbone. Currently ranked as the TE1 on the season, now is the time for Tucker Kraft to leap into that elite tier for tight ends, which is a key advantage on your dynasty rosters. I would start negotiations with a 2026 1st-round pick for Kraft, but I have no problem overpaying to acquire him.

Players to Trade Away | Sell-High Targets | Week 3 Dynasty Fantasy Football

Javonte Williams | Sell-High RB | Week 3 Dynasty Trade Advice

On a recent episode of the Dynasty Nerds, Rich had Javonte Williams as a sell-high candidate. Williams has started 2025 with back-to-back 18+ fantasy point performances. Now would be the time to sell Williams if you are in a rebuilder or a contender. I like the approach of packaging Williams with a future draft pick or player in order to tier up at a position of need.

Joe Flacco | SuperFlex Sell-High | Week 3 Fantasy Trade Advice

There is a good chance that by the time you are reading this article, Joe Flacco will have already been benched as the Cleveland Browns starting quarterback. The time to sell Flacco is closing rapidly, and the time to sell is now. Whether you acquire a late-round draft pick or a promising flier, take what you can while you can.

Aaron Jones | Injury-Risk RB Sell-High | Week 3 Dynasty Trade Value

Hopefully, you had already listened to my earlier advice on Aaron Jones and have him off of your fantasy rosters. Jones left his Week 2 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons earlier with a hamstring injury and did not return to the game. Hamstring injuries can be tricky, especially for older running backs. Minnesota will likely ease Jones back slowly as they also have Jordan Mason who has been the more efficient runner. This may be your last opportunity to get a 2026 2nd rounder for Jones.

Hollywood Brown of the Kansas City Chiefs tries to find room to run while being featured in the Week 3 fantasy football trade advice.

Hollywood Brown | Sell-High Before WRs Return | Week 3 Fantasy Trade Value

After a 16-target performance in Week 1, Hollywood Brown came back to reality with 5 receptions for 30 receiving yards on 5 targets. While Rashee Rice and Xavier Worthy are out of the lineup for the Chiefs, Rice will continue to have WR4/WR5 value. However, their returns are looming, so look to pivot from Brown in a trade for perhaps a receiver with more long-term upside, such as Isaac TeSlaa.

Tyreek Hill | Veteran WR Sell-High | Week 3 Dynasty Trade Value

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill rebounded after a disappointing Week 1 with a big Week 2. Hill finished with 6 receptions and 109 receiving yards. Trade rumors continue to circulate around Hill, and at 31-years old, time is running out for Hill. Find the manager that believes Hill will continue this success and get out now.

That’s a wrap on the Week 3 trade talk! As the season rolls on, making the right moves now can set you up for a strong playoff push. Keep an eye on those trending players, take advantage of buy-low and sell-high windows, and don’t be afraid to shake things up if your roster needs a boost. Week 3 Fantasy Football Trade Advice | FAQ

Should I trade for Trey Benson in dynasty fantasy football?

Trey Benson’s snap share and passing-game involvement are climbing fast in Arizona. He’s an ideal buy-low RB target for Week 3 before his breakout fully hits.

Is Tucker Kraft a top trade target at tight end?

With Jayden Reed sidelined, Tucker Kraft has stepped into a massive role for the Packers and is currently the TE1 on the season. He’s a priority buy before his price jumps.

Is it time to sell high on Javonte Williams?

Yes. Javonte Williams has started the 2025 season hot, but this is an ideal window to sell high for a premium return before potential regression sets in.

Should I move on from Tyreek Hill in dynasty leagues?

Tyreek Hill just had a big Week 2, but trade rumors and age (31) make this a strong time to sell high to a contender while his value is peaking.

What does buy-low and sell-high mean in fantasy football?

“Buy-low” means acquiring players at a discount before their value increases. “Sell-high” means trading players at peak value before their performance declines.
