The Giants flat-out looked terrible in Week 1. Until proven otherwise, picking against the Giants seems like a safe move. The defense will face less talent at receiver this time but the threat of Jayden Daniels’ mobility poses a problem for this defense who let backup pocket passer Sam Darnold have a career game.
Offensively, the Giants had nothing going and while the Commanders’ defense is far from good, they should still be able to keep Daniel Jones in check. Brian Daboll will need to call a much better game to keep this one close and given the play calling last week there is not much hope.
