🧱 Best Defensive Line Waiver Pickups | Week 10 IDP

Player Team FAAB % Notes
Austin Booker Bears 6-12% 19 FP in the first game back. DL25 on the week.
Matt Judon Dolphins 1-5% Increased usage after Jaelan Phillips’ trade.

Austin Booker | Chicago Bears | 6-12% FAAB

There’s a strong chance that Austin Booker is not available in your leagues if the manager who had him stashed him on injured reserve over the first half of the season. However, he’s available in over 80% of leagues across most IDP platforms. The former 5th round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft had a great preseason, racking up four sacks and leading the NFL in that category. His potential is undeniable, and he could be a game-changer for your team.

Austin Booker wasted no time in his first game back, posting two tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble while playing 54.4% of the defensive snaps. Booker also posted a team-best 85.8 PFF pass rush grade in Week 9. His strategic value is high, and IDP managers looking for an impact player could find their guy in Austin Booker. If he’s available, he’s my top target this week.

Matt Judon | Miami Dolphins | 1-5% FAAB

The Miami Dolphins have started to commit to their rebuild, starting with trading their best pass rusher and sending Jaelan Phillips to the Philadelphia Eagles this week. This opens up playing time for their depth pieces at defensive end. Unfortunately, second-year EDGE rusher Chop Robinson is dealing with an injury that has impacted his consistent play this season.

Veteran DL Matt Judon was signed late in the offseason and sees a significant boost in value going forward. His performance will be crucial, and he offers the availability of another pass rusher who can help dynasty managers fill voids with upcoming bye weeks.

💪 Linebacker Adds (LB) | Week 10 IDP Waiver Wire

Player Team FAAB % Notes
Danny Stutsman Saints 3-8% Continuing to earn snaps as LB2, long-term stash.
Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles Giants 1-5% Stepped in with 8 tackles after injuries to starters.

Danny Stutsman | New Orleans Saints | 3-8% FAAB

The Pete Werner decline continues for IDP managers, as veteran LB Demario Davis remains the only full-time player at the linebacker position. Rookie LB Danny Stutsman has slowly seen his snaps increase, but not to a level where he could be depended on for fantasy production.

Adding Danny Stutsman is a move I love for rebuilding and non-contending teams at this point of the season. As discussed previously, finding LB production throughout the season is challenging. The best strategy is usually playing the long game, stashing a developing player on your bench or taxi squad in hopes they increase their dynasty value. Look at managers who held onto Jamien Sherwood and Cedric Gray early in their careers. Those managers are reaping the rewards of those decisions now.

Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles | New York Giants | 1-5% FAAB

The New York Giants suffer another injury on defense. The Giants have already been without LB Micah McFadden all season, and now his backup, Darius Muasau, also suffered an injury in Week 9. Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles stepped in with a respectable performance, finishing as the LB19 last week.

Assuming Darius Muasau does not play in Week 10, this could be a great bye-week fill-in option for managers. Three of the top 24 linebackers are on the bye this week, and IDP managers could do worse than a player coming off an 85% defensive snap share and 8 tackles last week.

🛡️ Defensive Back Adds (DB) | Week 10 IDP Waiver Wire

Player Team FAAB % Notes
Dante Trader Jr. Dolphins 1-3% 13 tackles in Week 9; rookie with upside.
Ty Okada Seahawks 1-3% Reliable tackle floor and steady DB option.

Dante Trader Jr. | Miami Dolphins | 1-3% FAAB

IDP managers must love what they saw from Miami Dolphins rookie defensive back Dante Trader Jr. in Week 9. Two injuries to starters, and in a short week, the Maryland product collected 13 tackles, including 8 solo tackles. It’s unclear if Miami will turn to the young safety and let him earn a starting spot, but his competition is veteran players who are both dealing with injuries.

Dante Trader played 23 box snaps and made the most of them, posting an 84.9 PFF tackling grade, the best of his young career. He is a player fantasy managers should stash to see if he takes over a starting role. He could be a waiver wire steal midseason to help you improve the fantasy production from your defensive backs down the stretch.

Ty Okada | Seattle Seahawks | 1-3% FAAB

The Seattle Seahawks’ defense has been excellent this season despite missing one of its leaders, Julian Love. In his absence, veteran safety Ty Okada has been a formidable replacement. Okada has done it mainly as a high-volume tackler, but he did manage his first career interception in Week 9. He has 22 tackles over his last four games, including scoring double-digit fantasy points in 75% of those games. IDP managers needing a safe floor type of player can find value in Okada starting in one of their DB spots in Week 10.

🧠 FAQ | Week 10 IDP Waiver Wire Pickups

Q: Who is the top Defensive Line IDP add for Week 10?
A:
Austin Booker (DL, Chicago Bears) headlines the Week 10 waiver wire. The rookie returned from IR and immediately impacted the game with a sack, a forced fumble, and the team’s highest pass-rush grade in Week 9. Booker is available in over 80% of IDP leagues and has legitimate rest-of-season starter upside. He’s the type of late-season pickup who can help a playoff contender or become a cornerstone piece in dynasty formats.

Q: Which linebacker should I prioritize for Week 10 IDP Waiver Wires?
A:
Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (LB, New York Giants) should be the top target for managers seeking short-term linebacker help. He stepped into a near-every-down role with multiple injuries ahead of him and produced eight tackles on an 85% snap share. Danny Stutsman (LB, New Orleans Saints) is a better dynasty stash — he’s quietly earning more snaps each week and could seize a starting role down the stretch as the Saints evaluate younger talent.

Q: Are there any defensive backs worth adding in Week 10 for IDP contenders?
A:
Yes. Dante Trader Jr. (DB, Miami Dolphins) is one of the most intriguing rookie pickups of the week after piling up 13 tackles in his first extended action. With multiple veterans banged up, he could carve out a long-term role in Miami’s secondary. Ty Okada (DB, Seattle Seahawks) also deserves attention for his steady tackle production and reliability — he’s scored double-digit fantasy points in three of his last four games.

Q: Who are the best IDP drop candidates heading into Week 10 of the regular fantasy football season?
A:
You can safely move on from Dayo Odeyingbo, Matt Milano, and Craig Woodson. Odeyingbo’s usage will likely dip with Austin Booker back in the rotation, Milano’s long-term dynasty value is fading due to age and injuries, and Woodson hasn’t posted a double-digit outing since Week 5.

Q: Which Week 10 veterans are smart trade-away options before the fantasy football playoffs?
A:
Chase Young, Germaine Pratt, and Ronnie Harrison are all names to consider moving before their value plateaus. Young’s hot streak since Week 7 makes him a sell-high candidate for future draft capital. Pratt’s new role in Indianapolis could attract buyers who overvalue recent box-score success. Harrison’s short-term linebacker usage in Atlanta creates a brief window to sell before regression hits.

Q: What deep IDP dynasty stashes should I keep an eye on for Week 10 fantasy football?
A:
Elijah Roberts, Willie Gay, and Kevin Winston Jr. headline this week’s dynasty watchlist. Roberts is beginning to flash in DT-required formats. Willie Gay could transition to a more productive hybrid EDGE role following Miami’s roster moves, and Winston Jr. is emerging as a name to track in Tennessee’s rebuilding secondary. These players could see value spikes as teams look ahead to 2026 roster evaluations.
