Max Fried will take the mound Friday night as the Atlanta Braves begin a three-game series against the Miami Marlins. Left-hander Trevor Rogers will get the start for Miami.
Adam Duvall gets the start with the left-hander on the mound and will play left field and hit sixth. Travis d’Arnaud returns to the lineup after a couple of days off and will be behind the plate and batting ninth.
For the Marlins, Luis Arraez will be in the leadoff spot and batting seventh. Jake Burger will play first base and hit third while Jazz Chisholm will be in the fifth spot and playing center field. Burger and Chisholm are the only Miami players in the lineup with an OPS above .700.
First pitch for Friday’s game is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. ET and can be seen on Bally Sports South.
