Rays are looking for a series win on the day where they inducted the Late Dave Wills into the Rays HOF.
Thank you, Dave.
His impact can be felt here every single day – whether it’s in a joke, a small act of kindness or the love he showed to the community and organizations closest to his heart. We are honored his legacy will continue to live on in our Tampa Bay Rays Hall of Fame. pic.twitter.com/ppYPxhWzni

Here is how the Rays lineup stacks up:
They are facing off against familiar face Blake Snell:
The Giants opened up the scoring first, with Jung Ho Lee opening the game with a single, then stole second. LaMonte Wade Jr. singled Lee home and the Giants have a quick 1-0 lead.
Rays were able to respond in the bottom of the 1st with Yandy Diaz immediately doubling. After moving over to 3rd base, Randy singled him home and tied the game.
After a stolen base by Randy, Amed Rosario hit a shallow HR to give the Rays a 3-1 lead.
Rays added onto the score in the bottom of the 3rd inning, with Harold Ramirez singling with 1 out, then moving over to 2nd on a groundout, and Isaac Parades bringing him home on a opposite field (!!) single.
In the bottom of the 4th inning, Rays were on the receiving end of a classic Blake Snell outing, as he walked the first two batters to open the inning. Blake got Jose Siri to strike out, but Rene Pinto made Snell pay with a 3 run HR!
108.1 MPH off the bat, and a distance of 369 ft. Rays lead 7-1
Rays would chase Blake Snell out after four innings, and hand it over to the Giant’s bullpen.
Giants got a run back in the top of the 6th inning, when Tyler Fitzgerald doubled to open the inning, and after two outs Jorge Soler hit a laser of a single to score Fitzgerald.
Rays responded in the bottom of the 6th with ANOTHER HR by Rene Pinto, this time an opposite field solo shot.
Rays lead 8-2 after six innings.
Micheal Conforto opened the 7th inning with a solo shot.
And the Rays responded in their bottom half of the inning, again! This time with a classic Isaac Parades pulled HR
Rays lead 9-3 after 8 innings. A combination of Shawn Armstrong Opening and Tyler Alexander pitch 8 innings, only giving up 3 runs on 8 hits, walking only ONE and striking out nine. We all expected Tyler Alexander to outpitch two time cy young award winner, Blake Snell, right?
Kevin Kelly came on to “close” the 9th inning, and although gave up two hits and 1 run, was able to seal the win for the Rays.
Rays move to 9 -7 on the year, and welcome the Angels back tomorrow with Zach Eflin for the Rays taking on Pablo Sandoval. Game time is 6:50 PM
