The Indiana Pacers are reportedly eyeing veteran center JaVale McGee to strengthen their frontcourt depth following the recent season-ending injury to James Wiseman.
According to NBA analyst David Thorpe, the Pacers are evaluating the possibility of bringing the three-time NBA champion onto their roster as they navigate early-season challenges with limited depth at the center position.
McGee, 36, played for the Sacramento Kings during the 2023-24 season, where he averaged 4 points and 2.7 rebounds in 7.4 minutes per game.
