Defensive tackle Timmy Horne went down on the first play of the game with an Achilles injury and left the playing field via a cart. He was ruled out shortly afterward.
Center John Michael Schmitz had his right ankle rolled up on during the Giants’ unsuccessful fourth down try in the red zone in the first quarter and was also ruled out. He was also seen with a large gash on his hand.
Right tackle Evan Neal left the game with an ankle injury in the first half was was listed as questionable to return.
Rookie edge rusher Ovie Oghoufo and cornerback Mario Goodrich both left the game with hamstring injuries in the second quarter and did not return.
Defensive back Darnay Holmes was shaken up making a tackle in the fourth quarter. He was attended to by the medical staff but made it to the sidelines under his own power. He was ruled out with a neck injury.
Offensive lineman Jalen Mayfield was carted into the locker room from the sideline in the fourth quarter with an apparent lower leg injury.
