Michigan's offense pummels Ohio State in dominant win

With a potential College Football Playoff spot on the line, the Michigan Wolverines marched into Ohio State on Saturday and delivered an emphatic 45-23 win over the Buckeyes to wrap up a 12-0 regular season. It sets the stage for Michigan to win the Big Ten next week in Indianapolis, and also puts the Wolverines in a prime position to land one of the four CFP spots.

It was a complete effort by the Wolverines to limit Ohio State’s offense for much of the day, but the big story on Saturday was an offense that absolutely torched the Buckeyes through the air and on the ground.

Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy threw touchdown passes of 69, 75 and 75 yards in the win, while also rushing for a fourth touchdown in the win.
