Kentucky will travel to Spokane, Wash., to open the series against the Bulldogs on Nov. 20 at Spokane Arena. The following year, Gonzaga will make the trip to Lexington. The teams then play a pair of neutral site games, meeting in Seattle in 2024 and Nashville in 2025, before returning to Rupp Arena in 2026. The final contest of the six-year series will be at “The Kennel” in Spokane.
The two powerhouses have met on the court only once. Twenty years ago, No. 15 Kentucky downed No. 20 Gonzaga 80-72 at the 2002 Maui Invitational. The six-year series will mark the first time the teams have hosted each other on their home courts.
The Wildcats will also host Michigan in 2023, coach John Calipari tweeted Thursday.
