Iowa-Minnesota game accomplished feat not seen since 1986


In an era of football that seems to be dominated by referees making controversial — if not straight-up bad — calls, the Iowa Hawkeyes and Minnesota Vikings pulled off what could be considered a modern-day miracle. 

Somehow and someway, Iowa and Minnesota’s clash this past weekend marked the first time since 1986 that a college football game was played without any penalties called.
