Malik Nabers was regarded by many as the best and most complete wide receiver in the NFL draft.

The 6-foot, 201-pound Nabers may not have the size of Marvin Harrison Jr. (6’4”), who was selected ahead of him, but his 4.35-second 40 time adds to an already speedy wide receiver room. He’s also a menace at the high point, frequently beating defenders on 50/50, which is something the Giants have lacked since Odell Beckham Jr.

Even as a rookie, Nabers is expected to take over as WR1 and provide quarterback Daniel Jones the first legitimate outside target of his professional career. Moreover, Nabers’ presence will help the production of fellow wide receivers Darius Slayton, Wan’Dale Robinson (slot), and speedster Jalin Hyatt.

Nabers will need to perfect his route running but has precious few weaknesses. He’s a Day 1 starter and should be impressively productive as a rookie.

A common NFL comparison for Nabers is Minnesota Vikings superstar Justin Jefferson.
