Giants conclude preseason with 10-6 loss to Jets: Here’s how X reacted

The New York Giants took on the New York Jets in the battle of MetLife Stadium on Saturday night to conclude the 2024 preseason.

In a low-scoring game where almost all the starters on both sides did not play, the Jets pass rushers had a field day sacking Tommy DeVito early and often as the Giants offense struggled to get anything going.

The Giants had their fair share of injuries on the day, including unfortunate notable injuries to John Michael Schmitz, Evan Neal, and Darnay Holmes.

The Giants will now start the process of trimming the roster over the next few days as they prepare for the regular season opener two weeks away.

Giants ILB K.J. Cloyd has 14 combined tackles tonight, including 7 solos and 2 for loss.

Officially, Giants say it is a neck injury for Darnay Holmes. He is out. So is Jalen Mayfield, who had a lower leg/ankle injury.
