Miami has to feel great about its trajectory heading into the fourth season of the Mario Cristobal era.
The Hurricanes were one of the best teams in college football for much of last season. At one point, they were ranked No. 4 in the country, and they boasted the Heisman Trophy winner in quarterback Cam Ward.
Miami should be one of the top contenders for the College Football Playoff this season with former Georgia quarterback Carson Beck running the show. Cristobal and his staff are also doing some great work on the recruiting trail, and that continued on Monday.
Speaking of Georgia, the Hurricanes were able to flip four-star wide receiver Vance Spafford from Mission Viejo, California.
