To say that five-star recruit Chauncey Kennon was a massive pickup for Florida State and head coach Mike Norvell would be an understatement.
Kennon, from Sarasota, Florida (Booker High School), is one of the top overall recruits in the 2026 class. He’s ranked as the No. 2 cornerback in the country as well as the No. 27 overall recruit, according to 247Sports.
He has nearly 40 offers to his name and took official visits with schools like Georgia, Miami, Auburn and Florida, but Kennon ultimately committed to Florida State on Sunday.
