Top Quarterbacks to Target as Fantasy Football League Winners (2025)
Lamar Jackson | Baltimore Ravens
Nothing about Lamar Jackson makes you think that he isn’t a must-play option when healthy, but having gone without him for three weeks makes you forget just how awesome he really is. But in case you needed another reason to target him for your rosters, his second-half schedule doesn’t get much better.
Specifically for the fantasy playoffs, the Ravens face the Bengals (Week 15), Patriots (Week 16), and Packers (Week 17), and while the games against Cincinnati and Green Bay are on the road, Jackson will be facing defenses that allow (on average) 17–24 fantasy points to QBs per game.
Jordan Love | Green Bay Packers
Having gone from streamer to locked-in starter over the course of the first eight-plus weeks, Jordan Love fits the bill as a potential league winner at QB. While he did put up a dud in Week 10, Love’s rest-of-season schedule is set up nicely to be a weekly starter in your lineups.
- Love has the sixth-most passing yards (648) against man coverage this year, boasting an 8:1 TD:INT ratio on 81 dropbacks
- Five of Green Bay’s final seven opponents (CHI, MIN, DET, BAL, and NYG) allow over 0.5 fantasy points per dropback on man coverage, including 0.75 FP/DB for both CHI (Weeks 14 & 16) and MIN (Weeks 12 & 18)
Love’s ability to keep turnovers down (four) and his yardage up (five games of 250+ yards) should move him into the weekly starter category, as the loss of Tucker Kraft to a torn ACL will force Love to move the ball down field more, likely increasing target shares of Matthew Golden and Christian Watson. The Packers face the Broncos, Bears, and Ravens for the fantasy playoffs, with the latter two matchups being very favorable for Love.
Jaxson Dart | New York Giants
Jaxson Dart and the New York Giants have quite an NFC-heavy schedule to wrap up the season, as six of their final eight opponents are from their own conference. For Dart, his fantasy playoff slate is pretty darn good, with home matchups against the Commanders and Vikings leading up to a Week 17 road game against the Raiders.
- Five of NYG’s final opponents allow at least 17.2 fantasy points per game to QBs
- Three of NYG’s final opponents (DAL, DET, LV) rank near the top of QB rushing attempts allowed per game, at 5.5 or more
Dart has excelled in running the Giants offense, even with his top target, Malik Nabers, out for the season. While the Giants are once again going to factor into the race for a top-10 draft pick, Dart has put together a really strong rookie season.

Running Backs Who Can Be Fantasy Football League Winners in 2025
Jaylen Warren | Pittsburgh Steelers
Not looked at as a preseason darling by many, Jaylen Warren has taken a strong hold of the Pittsburgh backfield, and he is not looking back. While he has struggled to find the end zone this year (three TDs in seven games), the Steelers should be able to get their RB1 back on track over the course of the remainder of the regular season.
- Warren faces the Cincinnati (33.2), Baltimore (26.1), Miami (25.1), Buffalo (23.7), and Chicago (23.1) defenses, five D/ST units that rank in the top-10 of most fantasy points allowed to the RB position
- Cincinnati (53), Baltimore (51), and the Los Angeles Chargers (49) allow high target numbers to the RB position, good news for Warren’s receiving workload
It has been tough to predict how the Steelers offense would look for fantasy this year, but Warren’s rest-of-season schedule is a juicy one. As an added bonus, it shouldn’t take a lot to acquire him either, giving you an increased likelihood of being able to add him for a stretch run.
Chase Brown | Cincinnati Bengals
After his Week 10 bye, Chase Brown is set up to be a strong RB2 for your roster down the stretch. With his fantasy playoff matchups coming against the Ravens, Dolphins, and Cardinals, Weeks 7–9 will hopefully be a preview of what you can expect during that favorable stretch.
- All three teams (BAL, MIA, AZ) during CIN’s fantasy playoff stretch allow over 4.3 yards per carry, with Miami allowing over five yards per carry across 212 carries
- With how bad the CIN defense has looked this year, Brown should continue to hold a relevant role in the passing game, as he has earned three-plus targets in each of his past three games
Even with Joe Burrow out for most of the year, Brown has looked good lately after struggling to open the year. While most eyes will continue to focus on Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, look for Brown to quietly establish himself as a top-15 RB for the rest of the year.

Wide Receivers Poised to Become 2025 Fantasy Football League Winners
Justin Jefferson | Minnesota Vikings
There really isn’t anything surprising about having Justin Jefferson on this league winner’s list, but with how the Minnesota Vikings have looked on offense this year, it could be slightly surprising. But with J.J. McCarthy now having the keys to the offense and a clean bill of health, this Vikings offense could take a step forward.
- Jefferson has spent 75.6 percent of his snaps split out wide, 22.9 percent in the slot, and 1.5 percent in the backfield, with 11.1 percent of his targets on plays designed from him
- Dallas (27.7), Green Bay (24.1), and Detroit (23.3) defenses are three of the 10 defenses that allow the most points to boundary receivers
- Each of these teams allow over 64 percent of all receiving yards allowed to boundary receivers, a healthy sample size and prediction of things to come for Jefferson
Jefferson faces the Cowboys, Giants, and Lions for Weeks 15–17, three potential smash spots for the former LSU star.
Troy Franklin | Denver Broncos
There has been a slow, but noticeable shift over the past few weeks in the Denver passing attack, as Troy Franklin has been cutting more and more into Courtland Sutton’s hold on the WR1 role.
- Franklin has earned five-plus targets in seven games, six-plus targets in six games, and five games of eight-plus targets, including 28 targets across his past three games (10-8-10)
- Franklin splits his time between slot (51.4%) and boundary (48.6%) almost evenly, but faces the #1 (WAS – 18.9), #2 (LV – 17.1) and #12 (LAC – 11.6) worst defenses against slot receivers across the rest of the season
Denver faces Green Bay and Jacksonville at home, and Kansas City on the road, for the fantasy playoff slate. Expect Franklin to continue to grow into his target share in the Broncos offense, especially as Bo Nix continues to look more and more comfortable leading the offense.
Tre Tucker | Las Vegas Raiders
The trade of Jakobi Meyers to the Jaguars throws the door wide open for Tre Tucker to assume the WR1 in Vegas. While his Week 3 master class (8/145/3) put him firmly on the fantasy radar, Tucker has done enough to become a consistent option at the wide receiver position.
- Tucker’s 22.6-percent 1st read share is the highest of all remaining WRs on the Raiders, only trailing Brock Bowers by less than five percent
- Tucker spends most of his time out wide, running 83.1 percent of his snaps on the boundary
The vacated role from Meyers opens up a great chance for Tucker to step into a WR2/FLEX role the rest of the season. Playing a major role on an offense that has thrown the ball on over 60 percent of its snaps so far this season paves the way for Tucker to have a safer floor than many pass catchers would have on a two-win team.
