Philadelphia 76ers head coach Nick Nurse provided an update on the progress of star players Joel Embiid and Paul George as they work towards returning to action.
Nurse indicated that both players are advancing in their ramp-up processes; however, he confirmed that neither will be available to play this weekend.
George was officially ruled out for the weekend on Thursday, following an earlier announcement that Embiid would also be sidelined.
The Sixers have a challenging weekend ahead, with a matchup against the Toronto Raptors on Friday night, followed by a game against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday afternoon.
