Utah is a highly underrated state when it comes to skilled football recruits, and many schools compete with BYU for top talent. The Cougars do sometimes have a “religious advantage,” similar to Notre Dame’s, but usually, they find themselves in tough recruiting battles.
On Thursday, BYU secured a major victory that will bolster head coach Kalani Sitake’s 2025 class. Bott Mulitalo from American Fork, Utah, committed to the Cougars.
