Braves vs Cardinals Lineups: Ramon Laureano rejoins the lineup

The Braves’ lineup for the decisive game of the series is fairly normal as far as what we have gotten used to through the first six batters. Travis d’Arnaud gets the nod at catcher instead of Sean Murphy. The corner outfield spots are interesting, however, batting seventh and eighth. Eddie Rosario bats seventh, adding a lefty presence to the bottom of the lineup, facing a righty in Mikolas. Ramon Laureano is the headliner in the eighth spot, however, as he makes his first appearance in the lineup since June 26th. Adam Duvall goes to the bench with these two taking the corners.

Meanwhile, the Cardinals’ lineup features the very strange sight of Paul Goldschmidt batting seventh. Donovan and Arenado each get bumped up a spot due to that change, but the players making up St. Louis’ lineup remain the same as yesterday.

Today’s game starts at 1:35 PM ET in Atlanta and can be viewed on Bally Sports Southeast, as well as MLB.tv for out of market viewers.
