Braves swap Murphy for d’Arnaud, run back same lineup for finale against Phillies


No surprises here as far as the Braves’ lineup is concerned — it’s the same as previously, just with Sean Murphy swapped out for Travis d’Arnaud due to ye olde day game after a night game thing.

This is the same lineup used in Friday night’s loss.

The Phillies, meanwhile, are making some additional changes:

While the top six are the same as yesterday, Whit Merrifield gets the start in left field and Garrett Stubbs will make his series debut at catcher. The Phillies have used this defensive arrangement once before, in a 2-0 win over the Marlins on June 28. This will be their first time using this specific batting order, though.
