The Cardinals’ lineup is potentially really fortunate for Charlie Morton, because while there were a gazillion (read: five) lefties in the St. Louis lineup yesterday, there are only four in this lineup, and none of them are back-to-back. Thanks in advance, Cardinals!
The Braves have used their lineup once before, the pre-All Star Break win over the Padres. The Cardinals have yet to use this lineup before, or even this starting nine in this arrangement.
