Michael Harris has returned from injury and the Braves desperately needed him. The outfield has been a disaster since Ronald Acuna got injured and it has been ugly lately. Jorge Soler can hit and he has done just that since re-joining Atlanta. Jorge is not a good defender, however, and having that without a real centerfielder and instead with the likes of Ramon Laureano who has been having quite the time out there is…just brutal. Michael Harris, as we all know, is an elite centerfield defender, which is just tremendously valuable and he should provide an injection of offense, despite some sub-par performance at the plate early this season. The Braves need that extra offense and he sure provided it with a grand slam in his first at-bat back from the IL. Additionally, he just adds some energy that the team seems like it could use.
