There was a scary scene that unfolded early in North Carolina State’s 34-30 loss to Wake Forest on Saturday.
Quarterback Grayson McCall was on the receiving end of a devastating hit that knocked his helmet off and resulted in him being carted off the field and taken to a local hospital.
The early updates on McCall were promising, but NC State gave an even more promising update later in the evening when it announced that McCall has already been released from the hospital and that all scans were normal.
