Kendrick Perkins: "Trae Young is STILL the Most Disrespected young Superstar in the NBA"

When the NBA’s top young players are mentioned, often Trae Young is left out of the conversation.

Former NBA champion Kendrick Perkins thinks that the 24-year-old Hawks’ point guard does not get the respect he deserves.

“Before I go to bed let me leave off by saying that Trae Young is STILL the Most Disrespected young Superstar in the NBA. Btw he dropped a Casual 36 wing dinner special with 12 biscuits on the side tonight with the W. Good night and Carry y’all ass on…” Perkins tweeted after Young led Atlanta a win over Detroit.

This season Young is averaging 29.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 10.6 assists in 35.2 minutes per game for the Hawks.
